What will happen to my points when this new programme is implemented on April 26th?
All points will be migrated to the new programme upon implementation from April 26th 2021. As a gesture of goodwill from the brand to invite our customers to explore the new programme, all points due to expire in April and May will be extended by 1 month and will start expiring from 1st June 2021 based on customer’s past 12 months’ spend.
[note: the system will reflect a 1 year carry forward of points till 31st May 2022 due to a system limitation. However, unused points due for expiry would be automatically expired from 1st June 2021. We would advise all customers to redeem their expiring points by May 31st 2021.
What will happen to my tier when this new programme is implemented on April 26th?

We will extend a warmest welcome to you to join My Lancôme Rewards (Exclusive) programme. A welcome email will be sent to you detailing the new and elevated perks which you will enjoy!
I am currently a rose customer, and has spent more than $800 in the past year, what will happen to me?
We will extend a warmest welcome to you to join the gold tier of My Lancôme Rewards programme. A welcome email will be sent to you detailing the new and elevated perks of a gold tier customer.
